Each class is different and focuses on different facets of cooking and eating healthier. 

Part 1—Usually, Sometimes, & Rarely Foods (There are NO Never Foods!)

MENU: Chicken Piccata & Spinach with Orzo
Autumn Vegetable Soup
Cauliflower Tabbouleh

Part 2—Building Flavors (Herbs)

MENU: Ancho Chicken with Warm Corn, Zucchini & Tomato Salad
Creamy Zucchini Soup
Penne with Cherry Tomatoes, Arugula & Roasted Garlic

Part 3—Understanding Healthy Fats (Making Your Own Dressings)

MENU: Easiest Fish Ever (Two Different Styles Salmon & Sole) w Roasted Asparagus
Asian Slaw
Tipsy Plums & Raspberries with Ginger

Each class includes a cooking demonstration, tastings, and recipes and resources.
